1. Account Registration


1.1 To participate in activities and use the Website, users must register and open an account.


1.2 Each user is permitted to have only one (1) account. Only one account per household, IP address, and PC is allowed. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being blocked or closed, and any bets placed may be voided. Additionally, any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses obtained during the existence of duplicate accounts will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by the company. If a user wishes to open a new account, they must contact support via email, and the old account will be closed. If a user discovers that they have more than one registered account, immediate notification to the company is required. Failure to do so may result in the account being blocked.


1.3 Users must provide all mandatory information requested during the registration process, including a valid email address. Providing a valid email address is crucial for assistance in recovering "forgotten passwords." Users are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.


1.4 During registration, users will select a username and password for login purposes. It is the user's sole responsibility to safeguard login details securely. Users must not disclose their login information to any third parties. The company is not liable for any misuse of the account due to the user's disclosure of login details to third parties, whether intentional or accidental.


1.5 We employ SSL encryption for transaction security, ensuring that customer data remains confidential and will not be sold to third parties.


2. Withdrawal Method


2.1 Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for depositing funds. For example, if a deposit was made via a credit card, any winnings from that deposit must be sent back via the same credit card.


3. Accuracy of Information


3.1 Users must ensure that all information provided to the website during the validity of this part of agreement is true, complete, and correct. Any changes to the information must be promptly notified to the company.


4. Fund Transfers


4.1 Users are not allowed to transfer funds from their account to other users or receive funds from other users into their account. Additionally, transferring, selling, or acquiring user accounts is strictly prohibited.


5. Errors and Incompleteness


5.1 In the event of a wager or payment confirmation made in error by the company, the company reserves the right to cancel such wagers or correct the mistake by re-settling wagers at the correct prices, spreads, or terms that should have been available at the time of placement.


5.2 Users must not take advantage of any software errors or incompleteness and should promptly report any such issues to the company. Failure to do so may result in the user being liable for compensation related to the error or incompleteness.


6. Manipulation and Criminal Charges


6.1 The company reserves the right to retain payments if there is any suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the Platform system. Any user or individual found manipulating the Platform system may face criminal charges. The company also reserves the right to terminate or modify any games or events offered on the Website.
