DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. If you wish to participate in betting or gaming using the Website, you should deposit money in your account.
You agree that:
- The money that you deposit in your account does not originate from any illegal activity or source; and
- You deposit funds into your account for the purpose of playing, and not for any other purpose, and therefore you agree not to recall previous transactions, not to cancel them in any other way, and in any such event stipulated, you agree to return and reimburse us such undeposited funds, including any costs incurred by us in the process of collecting your deposits.
The Company does not accept third party deposits, i.e. a friend, relative, partner, husband or wife. You shall deposit from an account/system or credit card that is registered in your own name. If during our security checks we discover that this has occurred, all winnings will be forfeited and sent back to the casino and the original deposit to the legal owner of the account/Credit Card.
If bank transfer is required to return the money to the legal owner, all bank charges will be borne by the receiver. We do not accept cash funds sent to us. We reserve the right to use third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions to process payments made by and to you in connection with your use of the services. To the extent that they do not contradict the terms hereof, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions.
By depositing money, you agree that you shall not make or attempt to make any chargebacks, and/or deny or reverse any payment that you have made and you shall reimburse the Company any charge-backs, denial or reversal of payments you effected and any losses suffered by the Company as a consequence thereof.
In case of suspicious or fraudulent payment, including the use of stolen credit cards or any other fraudulent activity (including any charge-back or other reversal of a payment) and including depositing with a purpose of money exchange between payment systems the Company reserves the right to block your account, reverse any made pay-out and recover any winnings. We are entitled to inform the relevant authorities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or other unlawful activity and leave the right to employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, regardless of whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.
You hereby acknowledge that your account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any banking or other system insurance. The interest is not accrued on the money in your account. You acknowledge and agree that all currencies’ exchange rates, might be changing from time to time and the Company is not responsible for any exchange rate changes.
You agree to pay for all goods and/or services or other additional services you ordered through the Website, as well as for any additional expenses (if necessary), including, but not limited, all possible taxes, charges, etc. You bear full responsibility for timely payments while using the Website. Payment service provider only facilitates a payment for the amount indicated by the Website, and it is not responsible for bearing by user of the Website the aforementioned additional funds/expenses. After clicking the “Pay” button you agree that this action doesn't imply refund. By placing the order on the Website, you confirm that you do not violate legislation of any country. Also, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you, as сardholder, confirm that you are entitled to use Services offered via the Website. In case you use Website’s services, offering such specific services as gaming services, you make legally binding declaration that you have reached or surpassed the legal age, which is considered as such by your jurisdiction in order to use Services provided by the Website. By starting to use the Website’s Services you bear legal responsibility for not violating the legislation of any country where this Service is being used, and confirm that the payment service provider is not responsible for any such unlawful or unauthorised violation. By agreeing to use the Website’s services, you understand and accept that processing of any of your payments are executed by the payment service provider according to provider's terms. If you wish to reject to use services for your next purchases of goods and/or services or other facilities on the Website, you can do that by using your Personal account/profile on the Website. Payment service provider is not responsible for any failure to process the data related to your payment card, or for the issuing bank’s refusal to provide authorisation of the payment with your payment card. Payment service provider is not responsible for the quality, quantity, price, terms or conditions of any goods and/or services or other facilities offered to you or purchased by you from the Website by using your payment card. When you pay for any of the Website’s goods and/or services, you are primarily bound by the Website terms and conditions. Please note that only you, as the cardholder, are responsible for paying for all goods and/or services you have ordered through the Website and for any additional expenses/fees that can be applied to this payment. Payment service provider acts only as the executor of the payment in the amount stated by the Website, and it is not responsible for pricing, total prices and/or total sums. In case there is a situation when you do not agree with the aforementioned terms and conditions and/or other reasons, we ask you not to proceed with the payment, and, if necessary, contact directly the administrator/ support of the Website. By accepting the recurring payments, the user authorizes the Website to charge user's payment card automatically at the interval and in the amount selected by the user based on the available options during the purchase process. The user agrees that the payment card specified by customer for recurring payments to the Website is, and will continue to be, linked to an account that the user owns, and that the user will maintain sufficient availability under customer's credit card limit, or sufficient funds in the account linked to user's debit card, as applicable, to pay recurring payments. The user can cancel recurring payments by contacting the website’s support team at least five (5) business days prior to your next recurring payment due date. If the user submits cancellation request after this time, the cancellation will not take effect until the following recurring payment due date.
2. You are entitled at any time to submit a request to withdraw money from your account, provided that:
- all payments transferred to your account have been checked for any unacceptable actions, and no payment has been canceled;
- any verification actions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions/KYC Policy have been properly effected.
When applying for cashing out the funds, the following points shall be considered:
- the information on your profile page shall be completely filled in and contain at least one confirmed phone number. The number is considered fully confirmed only upon the successful call to the user from a representative of the Company; The Company reserves the right to check the validity of the telephone number from time to time. If the Company is unable to establish contact with the user using previously confirmed phone number, then this number will be considered invalid;
- funds shall be withdrawn by the same method and to the same details with which the funds were previously deposited into your account;
- the funds will be cashed out within 15 (fifteen) days upon the submission on the request.
3. In case you have funds on the account and you wish to close your Account we shall retain EUR 15 (in the respective currency equivalent) as our team will need to handle the payment manually.
4. We may request additional documents that will prove that deposit was made by the same person to whom the funds should be withdrawn.
5. You may withdraw the funds from your Account if the deposited funds were played at least once before the request of such withdrawal.
6. The maximum limits for the withdrawal are the following:
- EUR 1000 per day (in the respective currency equivalent), EUR 5000 per week (in the respective currency equivalent), EUR 15000 per month (in the respective currency equivalent), for the players with the sum of the deposits for the last 30 calendar days more than EUR 250 (in the respective currency equivalent);
- EUR 500 per day (in the respective currency equivalent), EUR 2500 per week (in the respective currency equivalent), EUR 7500 per month (in the respective currency equivalent), for the players with the sum of the deposits within the last 30 days less than EUR 250 (in the respective currency equivalent)
