BONUS POLICY

Bonuses and special offers may be offered from time to time (including, but not limited to, game bonuses and free spins), which are subject to this Bonus Policy, the Terms and Conditions (as applicable to the User) and any promotion-specific terms and conditions made available to the User ("Promotion Terms"). In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Bonus Policy, the Terms & Conditions and/or the Promotional Policies (where such terms and conditions apply to a bonus or special offer), the following order of precedence shall apply (I) Promotion Terms; (II) Bonus Policy; (III) Terms & Conditions.
1. The User's account consists of both available funds (also referred to as the "Real Account" on the Website) and restricted funds (also referred to as the "Bonus Account" on the Website). The User's Restricted Balance is the sum of the Bonus Balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements and any winnings associated with such Bonus Balance. The User's Available Funds are the deposited funds and any winnings derived from such funds, as well as any bonus funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements. Available funds may be: (i) wagered on any applicable game; or (ii) withdrawn at any time in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy.
2. If the user has both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in their account, the next bet will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used if the User's Available Funds balance is zero. The above does not apply to the User's use of Free Spins, which may be used at any time.
3. Winnings derived from Free Spins are bonus funds and are subject to the terms set out above that apply to all bonuses (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the wagering requirements). Free Spins winnings are granted only after the member has finished playing all of their Free Spins. Winnings from Free Spins are capped, as set out in the applicable Promotion Terms.
4. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which are requirements that require the user to make wagers totalling a particular value in order to be able to withdraw bonus funds and any winnings associated with those funds. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion Terms, all bonuses and any winnings derived from such bonus may only be withdrawn after an amount totalling no less than 30 (thirty) times the initial bonus amount received has been wagered. For example, to withdraw a bonus of EUR 10 and any related winnings, the user needs to wager EUR 300 in Restricted Funds and fulfill all other applicable conditions.
5. Wagering requirements may only be fulfilled using Restricted Funds. Any wagers placed using Available Funds will not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements.
6. You may wager up to EUR 7 (in the respective currency equivalent) to meet wagering requirements. Bets over EUR 7 (in the respective currency equivalent) will not be considered for the bonus.
7. Should the user have more than one non-pending bonus at any one time for which the wagering requirements have not yet been met, all wagers placed using Restricted Funds will contribute to the wagering requirements of the first non-pending bonus received, and only on completion of the wagering requirements for that bonus will the user transfer to the second or subsequent non-pending bonus.
8. If the user makes a withdrawal request, they will forfeit all of their Restricted Funds (which includes Free Spins) and any related winnings with respect to such which have not been converted to Available Funds.
9. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion Terms, all bonuses (and any associated winnings) expire within 5 days of the bonus being granted. This means that the user must complete the applicable wagering requirements within 5 days of being granted the bonus, otherwise, they will forfeit the bonus and any winnings associated with such bonus.
10. Bonuses can only be used on certain games, as stated in the applicable Promotion Terms.
11. If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus, then the following actions may be taken by us, without any prior notice or explanation: (I) we may choose not to grant you the bonus that you are attempting to abuse; (II) we may request additional identification documents from you to verify your account and ensure that you are complying with our Terms and Conditions; (III) we may block or restrict your account, preventing you from accessing our services. Examples of Special Offer or Bonuses Abuse include the following: (I) opening multiple indistinguishable accounts to obtain a welcome bonus several times on this Site; (II) only depositing during promotional periods in order to receive a bonus and not depositing at any other times; (III) cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit-related bonus; (IV) using bonus funds for slot prizes, making a deposit, and playing for real cash prizes.
